Client Case Study – Hampden Park

Hampden Park is Scotland’s National Football Stadium and can hold a capacity of up to 51,866. As well as being the National Football Stadium Hampden Park is known to host many sold out concerts as well as functions for parties and fundraising.

As the washrooms and hygiene facilities in the stadium would be in constant use, Hampden required a reliable and professional service that would leave them feeling confident with their facilities.


As Greenleaf Hygiene Solutions (Scotland) Ltd pride ourselves on being able to accommodate any clients needs that may arise, once we met with the Manager and carried out a free site survey, as Hampden Park is such a large area we came up with a suitable system that allowed Hampden to be able to check proof of service as and when required as this was an issue in the past with previous suppliers.


Greenleaf Hygiene Solutions (Scotland) Ltd were able to create a client specific service that allowed us to be able to provide Hampden Park with proof of service when required, with minimal disruption, which was very important to our client due to time constraints. We also provided our client with fantastic customer service by going that extra mile.


When we invited companies to tender for our washroom feminine hygiene contract we stipulated three important criteria that must be achieved;

For security reasons we required that we had dedicated service personnel.

That the chosen partner would be able to provide a bespoke and flexible service taking into account that the Stadium is home to 12 organisations who are tenanted here, and the sporadic need to service public areas after events.

Finally we required some method of confirming that each unit had in fact undergone servicing as we had experienced in the past some units being missed which had caused us concern.

Greenleaf’s proposal met all criteria and they have provided a first class service since day one.
